The advertiser indemnifies Business Online, it’s employees and/or agents against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, damages costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with publication of the advertisement. This includes any breach of the Trade Practices Act (1974) the Consumer Credit Code or Fair Trading Act (1987)  The Company has the right to refuse to publish or amend any advertisement without giving any reason. Advertisers undertake to advise Business Online within 48 hours if their business/property is under offer, sold or withdrawn from sale.
