About us

Chris Blake, Principal of Fortune Business & Property Brokers started selling residential real estate in South Perth in 1984. In 1987 Chris obtained his Real Estate Licence RA2888 and joined LJ Hooker as a residential franchisee. This business was subsequently sold and he moved into commercial sales and leasing. In 1997 he established Fortune Business & Property Brokers to cover all the areas of real estate. Residential, Commercial and Business sales. Fortune is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.

Chris attended Ardross Primary School and Applecross High School and has lived in Winthrop for over 20 years.
