Interest rates generally range from 8-12%


Private mortgage finance can provide short or long term funding solutions at fixed rates, capitalised interest (no repayments) fixed interest only repayments monthly, quarterly or annually and flexible terms of a few months to a few years.

The application process is similar to mainstream banking but usually offers a quicker response.
